Job Purpose

Providing secretarial support to the BU Head and undertake administrative
activities for BU. Reporting to CFO and BU Head.

 Preparing, Correcting, Compiling

3. Exposure to HAPA printing machine – It includes responsibility for inhouse printing of foils for US as well as EU market using HAPA machine. It includes proper running of foil on machine, developments of printing mats etc.

4. Preparation of product specification – It includes preparing packaging specification of various products taking into account the US and EU audits.

5. Preparation of Master Technical Specification taking into consideration the critical parameters of each packaging component.

6. Trouble shooting for complaints – Handles various market compliant regarding damage, counterfeiting e.t.c.

7. Preparation for Audit – Faced EU as well as US audit. Preparing packaging systems / process for audits.

8. Change part development. - Support in development of the change parts for blister and strip packing machine.

• Perform & assist in analytical method development & method validation.

• Test all drug substances, in-process, intermediates, excipients and drug product.

• Assist in writing method development protocols & reports.

• Assists with maintenance of instruments & implementation of new instruments.

• Assist in performing IQ / OQ / PQ for all instruments.

• Assist in solving basic problems with instrumentation or methods.

• Perform Analytical method transfer to Quality Control.

• Perform pharmaceutical analysis to support product development.

• Study the R&D stability samples data, assist with management of stability samples and maintenance of laboratory database.

• Uses technical knowledge to solve problems with instrumentation or methods of moderate complexity

• Write method development protocols & reports.

• Perform IQ / OQ / PQ for all instruments.

• Trains associates on analytical methods and instrumentation.

• Reviews laboratory notebooks (routine testing).

Minimum requirements
Qualification & Experience

 MSc / MPharm with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Or
 PhD with at least 2 year of relevant experience
