To aggressively drive the entire range of brands in the specified territory. Flawlessly execute the brand strategies in the city HQs through effective leadership of a team. Effectively manage customers in Medical and Retail areas, trade channel Customers and modern trade businesses.
Key Result Areas
Achievement of Sell In and Sell out objectives
Drive entire range of consumer and prescription driven brands
Effectively lead and coach city team
Build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Channel Customers and actively manage Sell Out drivers with these Customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOL’s and Modern Trade customers by executing respective ToTs.
